"Amy and her team are pros. I have sciatica, always been told to drop my weight and stretch. Amy did a complete assessment for all my visits. I had a bad hip which was out of place which was pressing against the nerve. My primary Doctor or the Physical Therapy they sent me to never gave me an assessment it was just stretch and send you home. With the Next Level Plan they gave for me I'm in much better condition which was popping my hip back in place and excellent exercises."
