Debbie has covered the gamut of physical therapy working in areas of neurologic rehab., outpatient orthopedics, cardiology, and sports medicine. While her approach and perspective with her patients is comprehensive and holistic, for the last 20 years she has specialized mainly in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. She has=worked with a wide variety of patients including all ages 6 months to 100 years of age, at all levels of health and fitness. She grew up playing beach volleyball, tennis, surfing, and has run five marathons. So, she knows first hand the challenges of being an athlete and how to overcome obstacles to reach one’s goals. What inspires Debbie most is helping others achieve beyond what they thought was possible. Debbie knows that having a full life well lived means being able to function at the highest level. The main reason why Debbie chose physical therapy over becoming a physician is because helping people thrive and live life performing at their best is truly the best medicine.
