We work with most PPOs. Even if your insurance is not listed above, the clinic may still accept it. Out-of-network benefits can still be strong depending on your specific plan. We encourage all patients to call our office in advance to verify benefits and coverage.

Reminder:
Direct Access to Physical Therapy (California Law): Direct Access in California does have limitations. You can receive physical therapy for 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first. If you do not obtain a referral before the Direct Access period ends, you are required to visit your physician’s office to get one, prior to resuming physical therapy.
